The focus was clear building a sustainable and systematic tourism ecosystem that goes beyond conventional travel circuits.

Tour operators from major districts including Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg, Jashpur, and Kondagaon participated in the virtual meeting. The inclusion of regions like Jashpur and Kondagaon signals a clear push towards promoting tribal and eco-tourism in the state.

The virtual meeting discussions also focused on creating structured coordination between local operators and the CTB. During the meeting, the MD highlighted that tour operators act as the real brand ambassadors of the state. Indications suggest that the Tourism Board may soon introduce a new policy or support framework to help local agencies better promote Chhattisgarh’s unique heritage.
