Terms of Service & Tariff Conditions
Operating Season: 2026 – 2027 • Trips N Trippers Pvt Ltd • Raipur Headquarters
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service and Tariff Conditions govern all tour reservations, ground transport bookings, B2B wholesale logistics, safari allocations, and editorial engagements with Trips N Trippers Pvt Ltd ("TNT", "the Company", "we", "us").
By confirming an itinerary, remitting an advance deposit, or executing a corporate partnership agreement, the client ("you", "guest", or "travel agency partner") unconditionally agrees to these terms.
2. Booking Procedures & Payment Schedules
- Confirmation Advance: Bespoke private departures and curated itineraries are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% advance deposit of the total quoted invoice.
- Balance Remittance: The remaining 70% balance must be remitted at least 15 days prior to the scheduled guest arrival in Raipur or commencement of ground services.
- Immediate Departures: Bookings made within 15 days of departure require 100% remittance upon confirmation.
- B2B Trade Partners & Empaneled Agencies: Credit facilities, billing cycles, and voucher-based voucher disbursements for recognized tour operators and DMC partners are extended solely in accordance with signed empanelment contracts.
- Statutory Taxes: All quotations clearly delineate applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.
3. Standard Cancellation & Refund Framework
In the event that you must cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, formal written notification must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Refund percentages are determined by the date of receipt:
| Timeframe Before Departure | Cancellation Fee | Eligible Refund Percentage |
|---|---|---|
| 30 days or more | 10% of total package cost | 90% Refund |
| 15 to 29 days | 50% of total package cost | 50% Refund |
| Fewer than 15 days or No-Show | 100% of total package cost | Non-Refundable |
*Note: Forest entry permits, national park safari vehicle tokens, and certain non-refundable seasonal eco-lodge allocations are excluded from refunds regardless of cancellation date.
4. Force Majeure, Monsoon Contingencies & Rescheduling
In occurrences of force majeure—such as extreme torrential monsoons resulting in temporary cave inundation, landslides on ghat corridors (e.g., Keshkal Ghat), government VIP protocol lockdowns, or civic disruptions—Trips N Trippers will make all reasonable efforts to redirect routes to equivalent historical or eco-circuits (e.g., Sirpur, Barnawapara, or Bhoramdeo).
Where travel is fully prevented by administrative order, a 100% trip credit voucher valid for 12 months will be issued without forfeiture penalties.
5. Commercial Fleet Standards & Chauffeur Integrity
Our private transport operations maintain strict safety standards:
- All deployed vehicles (Innova Crysta, Tempo Traveller, Luxury Sedans, 4x4 Safari Jeeps) are commercially registered with valid yellow-plate permits, fitness certificates, and comprehensive passenger insurance.
- Chauffeurs are background-verified, thoroughly trained in high-grade mountain ghat navigation, courteous, and bound by zero-alcohol during driving hours.
- Vehicles are strictly non-smoking, sanitized prior to dispatch, and equipped with first-aid emergency medical kits.
6. Guest Responsibilities, Wildlife Protection & Community Respect
- Wildlife Protection Act Compliance: In all national parks and wildlife sanctuaries, guests must abide by forest ranger guidelines. Feeding animals, smoking, littering plastic, or stepping down outside designated viewpoints is strictly illegal under Indian law.
- Identification Requirement: Every guest must carry original government photo ID (Passport for foreign nationals; Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport for Indian citizens) matching the permit documentation submitted during booking.
- Local Culture: Mutual respect for indigenous communities, village councils, and traditional practices is a cornerstone condition of traveling with Trips N Trippers.
7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall first be addressed through mutual good-faith negotiations between our managing directors and the guest/partner. If unresolved, all legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
